Serge Da Silva is Pofessr associated at IAE Toulouse and director of 6TMIC company. He teaches entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Serge Da Silva holds a PhD in chemical engineering in 2002 at Toulouse. He founded his company in 2004 specialized in R&D works in the fields of chemistry, processes and materials. His company is partner in various collaborative R&D projects involving renowned research laboratories, SMEs and large groups. Its main focus is the industrial development of SMEs through technological innovation.

MC Monnoyer is a professor(emeritus) in business sciences at IAE de Toulouse. She received her doctorate from Strasbourg University in 1975. before coming at IAE in 2002, she served as maitre de conférences at the Bordeaux Montesquieu University. She was in charge of Magistère d'économie et finances internationales in this university for 10 years. In IAE she has developped a master in sports management.
Her researches are focused on ICT development especially in small and medium firms, and business service activities. They are published in journals like Service Industries Journal, Economies et Sociétés, revue internationale des PME...

Simon Parienté was also a professor at the University of Technology of Compiègne and several times a visiting scholar in Montreal (UQAM, HEC).
Simon Parienté published a number of books on financial analysis and business valuation. He conducted research on the accounting drivers of value creation and 30+ empirical studies on the profit making and split among industry and retail firms in the consumer goods segment.
