Audrey Rouziès is Associate Professor of Strategy at IAE Toulouse. She received her doctorate from EM Lyon-University of Lyon 3 in 2007. After a post-doc in Montréal (UQAM), she joined IAE in 2008.
She heads the Master 1 in International Management and the strategy departement of IAE.
Her research focuses on mergers and acquisitions and more precisely on human factors (identity, culture, trust) in M&A.
Her research is published in International Studies of Management and Organization, Scadinavian Journal of Management, Revue Française de Gestion.

Ludovic Cailluet is full Professor in strategy at the University of the Littoral Opal Coast (Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale) and a fellow of the CNRS research centre in management of Toulouse University.
He holds a a Doctorate (1995) in economic history from the University of Lyon and was awarded the EBHA best dissertation award in 1996. He has been invited as Louis Vuitton Japan Visiting Professor at Keio University in Tokyo.
His central research interest has been the formation and dissemination of strategy practices as well as their adaptation to various business systems. Part of his research was conducted as Alfred D. Chandler Jr. Visiting Scholar in Business History at Harvard Business School in the winter of 2005.
He currently researches the business history of cosmetics.
L. Cailluet has published in the Accounting Business and Financial History (now Accounting history review), British Journal of management, Business History Review, Entreprises et Histoire, Long Range Planning and Revue Française de Gestion.

Thomas-Olivier Léautier is professor of management at the University of Toulouse, where he is responsible for the Master in Risk Management, and Research Director at the Toulouse School of Economics. His research interests include (i) the restructuring of the electric power industry, in particular long-term incentives for investments in generation and transmission, regulation of transmission companies, and integration of environmental objectives into power market design, and (ii) risk management strategy and operations.
Thomas-Olivier has developed many company specific executive education programs offered by the Toulouse School of Economics, in particular “Advanced Management Programme” and “Electricity and Market Industry” with EDF, the French leading electric power company “Electricity distribution in France: reconciling national and local objectives” for ERDF, the French power distribution company, “Managing foreign exchange risk for aeronautics suppliers” for the French Ministry of Industry, and “Antitrust economics” for the French antitrust authority.
Prior to joining the University of Toulouse, Thomas-Olivier was Director, Risk Measurement and Control for Alcan Inc., a leading aluminum and packaging firm, where he set up the risk management infrastructure. Previously he worked as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company, a global management consulting firm, where he was a leader in the Electric Power and Natural Gas and Risk Management practices, and gained firsthand experience with “restructured” electric power markets in Europe in North America.
Specifically, he helped set up energy trading and risk management infrastructure, and advised on the creation and funding of independent power transmission companies.
Thomas-Olivier holds a PhD in Economics and a Master in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, USA, a Master in Science from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, France, and a Bachelor in Science from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France.

Kathrin Sele is an assistant professor at IAE Toulouse. She holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Before joining IAE in 2010, she was a Research Associate at RISE Management Research at the University of St. Gallen and a PR Junior Consultant at Lemongrass Communications Ltd, Zurich. Her research focuses on the emergence and legitimation of new technologies and on the role of organizational routines within and for innovation processes.
