The MIM is a two-year post-graduate Master programme offered by the University of Toulouse Graduate School of Management (IAE Toulouse). It is a full-time degree, entirely taught in English, designed for International and French university graduates. The programme provides companies with managers ready to deal with cross-cultural management situations and transnational business issues. It is highly selective and targets students with a strong motivation to work in an international environment and ready to develop the competences needed by intercultural businesses. The programme stresses the importance of working methods such as case studies, team work and readings, to which students are required to participate actively. The MIM is a two year programme (four semesters) and equals 120 credits in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). First year students have the opportunity to spend a year in one of our 65 partner universities (America, Asia, Europe).
Entry requirements for the programme are first and foremost about academic qualities and applicants’ motivation. The second element taken into consideration is international working experience or time spent abroad. English proficiency is essential and has to be demonstrated by an official test result (Toefl, Toeic, Ielts, Bulats, Cambridge certificate).
The Master programme benefits from the exceptional scientific environment of the University of Toulouse, renowned for its faculty of law, political sciences and the internationally recognized Toulouse School of Economics. The research in management is organized within the Centre de Recherche en Management (CRM - CNRS affiliated research laboratory), whose seminars and conferences are fully integrated into the programme.
The MIM enjoys a solid network of companies connected to the programme through sponsored chairs, teaching by adjunct professors, consulting assignments and internships performed by students. The MIM hosts the Pierre Fabre chair in international management.
